Episode summary:

The eight remaining designers must work in pairs to make over adjacent indoor and outdoor spaces for real homeowners in two neighboring houses. Each designer must also show his/her TV skills in the Camera Challenge, giving the viewers an accessible design tip on how to bring the outdoors in, or the indoors out. With just three days to complete their transformations, and the added pressure of pleasing real clients, tensions run high among some of the designers.
