Episode summary:

Teenager Elizabeth, who is being treated for an eating disorder, has recently started vomiting involuntarily, so she and her mother speak to Dr Syed in search of an answer. Mohammed thinks the worst about his headaches and chest pains, but Dr Singal puts his mind at rest, while Pratibha has a pain in her foot, and although Dr Arif quickly diagnoses arthritis, the GP is more concerned with the patient's painkiller intake.
