Episode summary:

Dr Ajay Singal is visited by Cyril, an 89-year-old who has a mischievous sense of humour and a loving family around him. Yet when it is time to sleep at night, he gets overwhelmed with anxiety and cannot settle. Can his GP get to the bottom of his problem?
