Episode summary:

Leela becomes a campaign manager for a presidential candidate whose birth certificate is missing. Richard Nixon runs for Earth presidency yet again in the 3012 presidential elections. His opponent's legitimacy is called into question when he is incapable of providing an 'Earth Certificate' to prove that he is of Earthly origins.
