Episode summary:

Joey gets a hernia which causes him extreme pain just as his health insurance expires. Athough he is in agonising pain, Joey is forced to work to get his insurance back. Meanwhile, Ross gets a part-time job as a lecturer at the university. However, his nerves result in him adressing his students with different accents, and Monica and Rachel have some fun taking advantage of his situation. But the joke is on Rachel when she finally discovers she and Ross are still married. Elsewhere, Phoebe's psychic tells her that she has days to live.
