Episode summary:

After meeting Emily's tough rugby player friends, Ross tries to impress her by taking up rugby himself. But he is unprepared for the brutalness of the sport. Meanwhile, Chandler is reunited with his old flame Janice, who is now divorced. Although she wants to rekindle their relationship, he cannot bear her irritating personality and tells her that he is moving to Yemen. But he is forced to take even more drastic measures when she wants to make every second count before his "departure", whilst Monica becomes obsessed with a switch in Joey and Chandler's old apartment that seems to do nothing.
