Episode summary:

It's New Years Eve, and Monica is throwing a party at her apartment. Ross gains a new sidekick, a monkey called Marcel who seems to like everyone but him. Phoebe falls in love with a scientist called David. But he has to choose between her and a job of a lifetime. Joey meets Sandy whilst working as an elf. But she brings her two kids to the party, whilst Rachel gets into a fight at the airport whilst waiting for Paolo's return.
