Episode summary:

The new run continues. The final visit of the week is to The Lovat Hotel in Perth. Sharmin and Sarah are used to tackling big jobs at their expansive 35-room hotel, but one of their guests finds fault with the facilities. Tension between the B&Bers mounts during a visit to a museum, and the breakfast setup confuses everyone and leaves Sharmin and Sarah with some difficult-to-swallow scores in their feedback.
