Episode summary:

Matt Allwright and Chris Hollins present a series following the work of food inspectors as they check standards in professional kitchens and food outlets across Britain. They tackle cockroaches in a kitchen in Brent, north London and a hotel in Northamptonshire which needs to make serious improvements to avoid poisoning the guests. There’s also a surprise food inspection to a busy working office to see what dangers we face eating lunch at our desks.
