Episode summary:

Nicki Chapman is in the West Sussex countryside, with a £380,000 budget, helping Jane and Fabian leave London in search of a characterful cottage with a modest garden. Twenty years into married life, they're still clearly each other's favourite company, making this move every bit as exciting as the day they first met in New York. It's a fitting backdrop to a mystery house with echoes of a Manhattan loft apartment. Nicki also meets a couple of enterprising landlords growing much of the produce served on their pub's menu from the smallholding they've established nearby.
