Employees from True Home Value, a home remodeling company in St. Louis, MO, are given the power to make some tough decisions. The frustrated CEO will hand over the reins of the company to his employees, offering the staff a chance to make changes in the workplace - even if it means letting coworkers go. The employees will be forced to take a hard look at what's plaguing their workplace and answer the toughest question of all: DOES SOMEONE HAVE TO GO?
