In spring 1991, bagged-up body parts began appearing in roadside lay-bys across Gwent. At a loss to identify the victim, detectives set about using new forensic techniques and a pioneering series of appeals to the press to identify them.The victim would be named as Clive Tully, a 25-year-old backpacker from New Zealand. His killer was a man he had befriended, a convicted killer called Malcolm Green.The Dark Land team re-examine this case of a killer released to kill again.
