Episode summary:

More cuts are on the way and the girls struggle into the white boots for the first time. Jay puts the girls through an endurance test known as "pom pom punishment" in the searing Dallas heat. Four minutes of non-stop punishment which will get the ladies in shape. Then the final cuts are made, followed by relief and a day of photo shoots and laying by the swimming pool.
