After a torso is found floating in the Oshawa Harbour, the family of 18-year-old Rori Hache is horrified to learn the human remains belong to the missing teen. But when a local plumber calls in a "flesh-like" substance clogging a drain, the horror only grows. During the police investigation, a second young woman's DNA is identified, that of 19-year-old Kandis Fitzpatrick.
