As well as tending to his crops, much of Adam Henson's time on his Cotswold farm is devoted to caring for his animals. Each and every one of them is important to him, from his commercial flock of sheep to his chickens, and from his pigs to his ponies, with many of them having become much-loved characters to the show's viewers.
