In the pilot episode, the medical team were introduced and welcomed to Kandahar. Canadian trauma surgeon Major Rebecca Gordon (Michelle Borth) and American trauma team leader Captain Robert Bobby Trang (Terry Chen) arrive at the NATO Role 3 Medical Unit at Kandahar Airfield.
