Lee and Heulwen are relocating from south Wales to south Devon and are hoping to find their forever home. The trouble is, Heulwen wants a characterful property in the countryside while Lee would prefer a modern build by the coast. Kirsty Duffy shows them the best of what their £375,000 budget can get them in the countryside while Kerr Drummond takes them to some impressive properties on the South Devon coast. But can they help them resolve their dilemma?
