Episode summary:

Gill and Paul are retiring to Dorset and they're looking for a home they can futureproof. Gill would like to live near to the Jurassic Coast with its stunning sea views, whereas Paul would prefer to be further inland within walking distance of a quaint country pub. Kirsty Duffy entices them to the country with three properties within their budget of £630,000, while Kerr Drummond tries to turn the tide with three stunning coastal properties for them to view. But which one of them will come out on top?
