House hunters Polly and Dave have moved back to the UK from America, with their dog Sprout. They are on the search for their dream home in Kent near Dave's family. For their budget of £325,000, coastal expert Kerr is determined to find them a home by the sea, but country property finder Sara thinks they would be far happier staying inland.
