Episode summary:

Retired Doctor Dilip and wife Jostyna are planning to move from their apartment in London to a larger family home in Hampshire. Dilip yearns for a life by the seaside while Jostyna loves the English countryside. For their budget of £700,000 coastal expert Kerr Drummond is keen to convince them to buy a home by the sea, but country property expert Sara Damergi hopes to entice them to a more rural lifestyle.
