Episode summary:

Chrono goes to the local Dragon Empire Branch for an event and registers for a chance to fight the Kagero clan leader, Mamoru Anjou... but he`s sidetracked by Vangarou, the Vanguard Association`s official mascot. Vangarou demands a fight with Chrono, currently the only known possessor of the mysterious Gear Chronicle deck, but the jolly-looking costumed character has a VIP inside!
