Episode summary:

Realtor Jay Egan has a difficult job on his hands with clients Dr Oz and wife Shannon. They can't agree whether they want a condo or a house for their family of five. They agree they need enough space for Shannon to work from home and within walking distance of Dr Oz's midtown Toronto practice, so location is everything. Jay finds them a penthouse with outstanding city views, a multi floored family home, and a spacious condo with grand terraces. All Dr Oz and Shannon have to do is agree.
