Davina returns to present tonight's surprise eviction show. Highlights are shown of life from with in the house. The housemates speculate about not all of them making it to the final night and they proved to be right when Davina talks to the house and announces that Elizabeth has finished in fourth place and will be leaving the house tonight. Elizabeth leaves the house and talks to Davina about her time in the house.
