Episode summary:

Highlights are shown of life from within the house. Gina works out with Sam in the garden but soon gives up. Sam is given a task to host his own comedy night but unbeknown to the housemates, they must not laugh. Dexter tells Charlie that Gina, Sophie and her are the only housemates he will keep in contact with once he leaves the house. The twins and Gina question Charlie's real feelings towards Dexter. Sam fails his task as his jokes are so bad that everyone ends up laughing. Dexter and Charlie spend some quality time together in the garden. Face-to-face nominations take place and Charlie then believes that she will be evicted on Friday for sure. Gina is fed up with Charlie putting Hazel on a pedestal and is glad that she nominated her. Gina continues to bitch about Charlie as she celebrates making the final with Sophie. Dexter explains the reasons why he nominated Sam. Gina and Charlie talk about nominating each other. Sam tells Big Brother that he believes he could be evicted on Friday. Joe tells Jack that he feels like he is ready to leave and go home.
