Episode summary:

Brian returns to present the live final. Highlights are shown of life from within the house. The housemates react to Tom's eviction from the house. Aaron is upset that he got booed when his named was mentioned. The housemates tell Big Brother what they will miss once they leave the house for good. Brain talks to the house and announces that Louise has finished in 4th place. Louise leaves the house and talks to Brian about her time on the show. Brian talks to the house for a second time and announces that Alex has finished in 3rd place. Alex leaves the house and talks to Brian about her time in the house. Brian talks to the house one last time and announces that Aaron has been crowned this years winner. Jay leaves the house and talks to Brian about his time in the house and his relationship with Louise. Aaron leaves the house and talks to Brian about how it feels to be crowned this year's winner.
