Highlights are shown of life from with in the house. The housemates are to get a Perfect Day as a reward for passing yesterday's task and it begins with breakfast in bed served by Anthea Turner. The housemates next learn that they are to get a day of pampering featuring hair styling, waxing, manicure and pedicures. Josie talks to Big Brother about what make a perfect day for her. The housemates enjoy being pampered. Josie tells Joe John she thinks she will come third in the final but he thinks she is going to win it. Lee Stafford styles the housemates hair. Andrew is wound up by the others. The male housemates are impressed by Josie's new look. Nancy Lam prepares dinner for the housemates to round off their perfect day. Simon Webbe enters the house to sing to the housemates. Josie talks to Big Brother about what a great day she has head and that she will run off with Simon if John James doesn't want her. The housemates speculate about their time in the house coming to an end.
