This week, Josie heads for the tourist hotspots of Finland and Sweden.Flying Business on Finn Air, one of the few European Airlines that features fully flat seats, she arrives in Helsinki for a night at The Hotel St George and dinner at Restaurant Savoy.Having learned about the importance of saunas and the natural world in luxurious experiences in the Nordics, she hops over to Stockholm and heads to her own private island on a yacht. At Island Lodge she is treated to gourmet food, a campfire, a floating sauna and a speedboat ride.Finally, she enjoys a helicopter trip over part of the archipelago of 30,000 other islands that make up this stunning area.
