Susan, who works for a label printing company, and Matt, a retired painter and decorator, have a special connection with Crete after honeymooning here 5 years ago. Now they've chosen this beautiful island as the location of their new permanent home. They would ideally love to find a traditional white-washed house with at least two bedrooms and a good amount of outside space for them and their 18-month-old puppy Rufus. Their maximum budget (including wiggle room) is £110,000, and they are hoping that Laura will use all her expertise to find them their perfect new home… at a great price!
